Definitions of the terms

Client: any professional or physical person capable within the meaning of articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, or legal person, who visits the website subject to these general conditions.

Services: CLININFO SAS develops and provides its Clients with eClinical solutions in SAAS mode including data hosting.

Content: All the elements that compose the information on the website, including texts, images and videos.

Customer information: Hereinafter referred to as "Information (s)" which corresponds to all personal data that may be held by CLININFO SAS for the management of your account, customer relationship management and for analysis and statistics purposes.

User: Internet user connected, using the above-mentioned website.

2. Conditions générales d'utilisation du site et des services proposés

4. Contractual limitations on technical data

CLININFO SAS undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's Information is brought to CLININFO SAS's attention, CLININFO SAS must inform the Client as soon as possible and inform him of the corrective measures taken.
